Petersen Baked Goods began as a simple conviction: that the best bread in town shouldn't require a long drive to find it. So we built our oven right here in Pleasant Grove, and we've been turning out loaves, tarts, and everything-in-between for our neighbors ever since.
Our recipes honor the old ways — long cold ferments, hand-kneaded doughs, and natural leavens that give our bread its unmistakable character. But we're not stuck in the past. We experiment, we learn, and we keep what works. The result is a menu that feels both timeless and refreshingly new.
